ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY LOCATION

• Make sure to include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a large business address.
• Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted if delivered, but no one was there to receive it.
• PUMP COVER by law does not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.
• The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is lawfully at your discretion. 

DELIVERY TIMES

• PUMP COVER uses third party delivery services such as Australia Post or DHL couriers. This means that delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are unfortunately outside our control.
• All delivery timeframes are estimates only, but by law PUMP COVER is not liable for any loss, expense, or any other damage caused by delays in delivery.

ORDERS

• Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information.

• Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order.
• Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order.
• Any changes to active orders must be completed upon delivery by following our Refund Policy or Return & Exchange Policy.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

• Although we strive to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the correct address, PUMP COVER by law cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and inserting incorrect addresses when placing an order.
